After the Sunday School picnic at Quincy, the four of us made a "quick" stop at the Duffield School. It is being closed at the end of the school year and so an open house was held to allow former students and other interested people to tour. Around 500 visited. Jaye Knepper played his harmonica (after we had left).

My treat after cooking a Mother's Day lunch was to visit Kurt and Dori Bitikofer. Here we saw their fish and their pretty flowers.
The Shower cont.
After working the Shalom Sale Friday eve and Saturday and preparing a brunch for the Youth Group and mowing and having Grandma Wingert admitted to the hospital, I was a little tired by the time of the shower and left early.
